Paula Griffin

Paula Griffin retired from the position of National Govt Sales Manager of a medical device company in the spring of 2020.  Her career spanned over 28 years with the company, where she created, managed, and trained the entire Government Sales Division.  She traveled the globe, nationally and internationally, going to military bases as well as training the company’s international distributors.  She spent over 10 years as a staff accountant at CPA firms, was CFO for a sporting goods company, and Staff Accountant at a construction business and travel agency.  In the spring of 2019, she began volunteering with the General Daniel Chappie James Flight Academy as a financial advisor, and ultimately became their Treasurer in May 2020.

She graduated from Blackhawk High School (South Wayne, WI) in 1971 and went on to attend Waukesha College (Waukesha, WI), graduating with a BS in Accounting. She is an accomplished relationship and organizational manager and has negotiated and managed government contracts for over 24 years. 

While working at the medical device company, she was Sales Manager of the Year on numerous occasions, as well as the recipient of the Road Warrior Award.  Military recognitions include: receipt of the US Flag flown at SPC Jordan Byrd Trauma Center by the 691st Medical Team at Forward Operating Base  Sharana, Paktika, Afghanistan, in her honor.  She was also presented with 10 Command Coins and 8 Military Conference Contribution Coins.   Her activities and hobbies include: primitive antiques, gardening, boating, camping, travel, and photography.

Married to Michael E. Griffin, she and her husband reside in Madison, WI.  They have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
